Global fashion retail group, Inditex, known for its affordable and trend-led apparel, is set to relocate and upsize its Zara and Pull&Bear stores to a new location at Trafford Centre, with Bershka joining the centre for the first time.

Opening at the end of Summer 2025, the three new stores will separately occupy flagship stores on Peel Avenue.

Establishing its roots in Spain, Inditex is now operating in over 214 markets world-wide through its eight brands. Inditex’s investment in increasing its footprint and bringing new brands demonstrates the global appeal of Trafford Centre.

The relevant expansion of Zara and Pull&Bear and the launch of Bershka’s new store will provide a better shopping experience by bringing larger improved stores and a new much-loved brand.

This major leasing deal with Inditex marks a pivotal moment for Trafford Centre as it approaches four years since Pradera Lateral was appointed Asset Manager, in which time the centre has seen over 230 leasing deals and over £120m in new store development.

Marcus Briggs, Managing Director, and Head of Leasing at Pradera Lateral comments: “We have had a great partnership with Inditex over the years, and this exciting new deal highlights our wider commitment to support retailer growth and improve the customer experience. The introduction of these globally significant stores for Bershka, Pull&Bear and Zara will strengthen this relationship further and provide an unrivalled fashion offer for our growing number of Trafford Centre visitors.”
