Nottingham’s Victoria Centre, owned by property company SGS and asset managed by Global Mutual in conjunction with Savills as property managers, is pleased to announce that fashion and homeware giant, H&M, is set to open a new store at the centre this Spring.
The Swedish high-street and online favourite is relocating from its current Lister Gate store and will officially open its doors at Victoria Centre in Spring.
It will be located in a prime position in the centre, on the lower mall spanning 2,177sqm.
Alongside its expansive fashion offer for women, men and children, the new store will bring H&M’s Home décor collection to Nottingham, including furniture, storage, lighting, soft furnishings and kitchenware.
Kick-starting the year by welcoming H&M to the centre, Nigel Wheatley, centre director at Victoria Centre, said: “We’re committed to providing our shoppers with the very best fashion and homeware brands, giving them access to both high-quality and affordable products – and H&M delivers just that.
This is a significant new signing for us, kicking off what is shaping up to be an exciting year for our teams, and the centre.”
