Dolce & Gabbana Casa has opened their first UK flagship at the prestigious address of 220 Brompton Road in Knightsbridge. The 3,400sq ft store is the first Dolce & Gabbana Casa standalone in London and follows the opening in 2022 of two concept stores in Milan.

Elegant and essential, the interior space of the boutique, opened in partnership with the Luxury Living Group, strikes a perfect balance of contrasts between the building’s elements and the brand’s aesthetic codes: pilasters, neoclassical columns, architraves, and ceiling decorations are reinterpreted in the Dolce&Gabbana style through the choice of total black.

The newest partner to join South Kensington Estates network, Arbitrage advised D&G Casa via the retailer’s London partner Luxury Living whilst Orme Property and Savills respectively advised the landlords on this and other lettings in the area regarding new tenants.

Speaking of the opening, Karl Elliott, Head of Asset and Property Management, South Kensington Estates said: “We are delighted to welcome Dolce & Gabbana Casa to Brompton Design District. As a destination for design lovers this corner of South Kensington and Knightsbridge continues to draw discerning design conscious clients from around the world. The establishment of Brompton Design District, part of the annual London Design Festival, recognises the area as a place where people come together to share, enjoy and learn about design in its broadest sense; including through culture, fashion and food.

Sharing our values and ambitions for the impact of design, Dolce & Gabbana is the perfect partner to join the leading global design brands in the District. Our design offering for visitors continues to grow as opportunities arise to accommodate requirements for retailers whether flagship or smaller concept stores. With the increased demand for available spaces we look forward to sharing news of further high profile additions in the coming months.”
