Primark partners with Fujifilm to launch brand new concept in Manchester

Drag Race UK star Cheddar Gorgeous reveals one-of-a-kind INSTAX creation to launch first ever Photos by Fujifilm concession in Primark Manchester Market Street.

Primark and Fujifilm has announced a new strategic partnership with the launch of a brand-new Photo by Fujifilm concession in the retailer’s Manchester Market Street store.

For the very first time, Primark customers will be able to purchase their favourite Fujifilm products in store, including INSTAX Square, INSTAX Mini, INSTAX Wide, photo film, frames and other accessories. The Photo by Fujifilm concession, on the first floor of the store, is also home to three INSTAX booths and four easy print, instant printer kiosks. Each booth boasts a colourful and enticing design to encourage and produce the very best of instant photography. A second concession in Primark’s Birmingham store will follow in early 2024.

Drag Race UK star and Manchester-local Cheddar Gorgeous launched the new concession, revealing a unique garment made up of INSTAX prints inspired by All Saints Day (1^st November 2023 – the same day of the concession launch). Co-designed by local fashion creator and artist, Mariusz Malon, the dress uses images of Cheddar’s eye in a colour gradient to create a dramatic look.

The Photo by Fujifilm x Primark concession launched on 1^st November 2023 offering customers a heightened shopping experience, bringing fun and play to the art of instant photo taking for all shoppers, and is available to visit during store opening hours.

Cheddar Gorgeous’ Fujifilm INSTAX creation is on display on the first floor of Primark Manchester Market Street from 1^st November until 5^th November 2023. In addition, an INSTAX Van pop-up kitchen will be hosting a picture-perfect cookout outside the store, offering free INSTAX prints to people stopping by, along with some other goodies from 1^st to 5^th November.
