Junction 32, Yorkshire’s leading outlet shopping destination, is delighted to announce that another brand is set to join its new store lineup: Dune London.

This month, the 2,257 sq ft store, will be a go-to destination for premium footwear and accessories, across both men’s and women’s categories. The brand’s renowned product offering, as well as its new Autumn Winter collection, will be available at reduced outlet prices.

The Junction 32 store is part of Dune London’s expanding presence in the UK, now with 52 standalone stores in the UK and four in Yorkshire. Internationally, the brand has a significant footprint with locations in the Netherlands, Switzerland, the USA, and across 18 other markets, including the Middle East, India, and Australia.

The arrival of Dune London at Junction 32 comes after a busy 2024, in which the centre has welcomed a plethora of new brands. Junction 32 has significantly diversified its offering across all categories, including fashion, interiors, and lifestyle.

To bring its bold leasing strategy to life, Junction 32 has been working with asset managers Global Mutual and McMullen Real Estate to drive this growth, with operational support from CBRE. It’s also been almost exactly a year since Frasers Group took ownership of the Centre, and this combined expertise has taken the retail outlet from strength-to-strength. Prior to Frasers Group’s purchase of the Centre, vacant retail space was at 14 percent, while by the end of the year this figure will have been reduced to only 2 percent.

Rachel Scott, Head of Leasing, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Dune London to Junction 32, as part of our ambitious leasing plans with the outlet centre. The arrival of premium brands, such as Dune London, is indicative of how we are offering Junction 32 shoppers a broad range of categories and a top-tier array of brands.”

Scott Fitzgerald, Global Head of Property for Dune London, commented: “As part of our continued strong outlet performance and growth strategy, we have chosen Junction 32 as our newest outlet store, having been impressed by the potential and planned development of the scheme.  Its recent acquisition by Fraser Group and appointment of Global Mutual as asset managers, coupled with the positive footfall and sales figures the centre boasts, made for an exciting prospect for Dune London.”
