North West property services company, The Momentum Group, has supported real estate company, Redevco, with the instalment of three new pop-up tenants at White Lion Walk in Guildford, following the destination’s Incubator Project in partnership with Save The High Street.

The tenant support was led by Momentum Manage, following its appointment earlier this year to deliver property management services at the centre.  Redevco worked with Save The High Street and creative consultancy Bewonder* to find and launch three pop-up incubators in White Lion Walk, with Momentum Manage supporting the new tenants to create their debut new bricks-and-mortar stores.

The three new brands are: Silent Pool Gin, a well-known local gin distillery; Rita Botanicals, a plant and plant care services brand that has moved from a market stall on Portobello Road Market; and MyNewFave, a collective that showcases UK-made high-quality products from 33 local businesses.

Claire Yeadon, Asset Manager at Redevco, said: “With the launch of these exciting bricks-and-mortar ventures for our Incubator Project winners, White Lion Walk continues to strengthen its position as a vibrant hub for businesses and shoppers alike. Our partnership with Momentum Manage and Save The High Street has delivered real value to the centre and the three independent businesses.”

Sarah Carron, Property Management Director at The Momentum Group, added: “Through its investment and creative leasing strategy, Redevco has transformed White Lion Walk, and its Incubator Project partnership with Save The High Street further differentiates the destination in the region. Momentum Manage’s stewardship of White Lion Walk ensures high-quality property management services across a range of touchpoints, and we are proud that our team have been able to contribute to the growth and vibrancy of this community through their support.”

White Lion Walk Shopping Centre is Momentum Manage’s second development in Guildford, joining the team’s management of Bramley House on behalf of property investors, Yakel.
