Specialist UK leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has secured a debut permanent site for plant-based restaurant Holy Carrot at 156 Portobello Road.
The unit occupies 2,000 sq ft over the ground floor and basement, the eatery will deliver Holy Carrot’s signature dishes to a new customer base, when it opens later this Autumn. Beloved customer classics like the Sexy Tofu, Holy Buffalo Wings and the Truffle Celeriac Risotto are set to feature on the menu alongside exciting new additions.
Similar to its current pop up restaurant in Knightsbridge, Holy Carrot at Portobello Road will provide a vibrant and exciting atmosphere through its boutique-style décor, while continuing to offer a unique plant-based dining experience for customers local and afar.
Irina Linovich, Founder at Holy Carrot, commented on the signing: “We are delighted to be opening our flagship location in London as we expand our presence throughout the capital. Portobello Road is an iconic destination and one which is rich in creativity and difference, mirroring our unique offer seamlessly. Shelley Sandzer have provided invaluable advice as we take the next step in our brand journey, and we’re looking forward for what’s to come.”
Nick Weir, Joint Managing Partner at Shelley Sandzer, also said: “The site at Portobello Road provides an excellent opportunity for an independent brand to occupy a prime position in one of London’s most distinguished locations. This move is as progressive for Notting Hill’s F&B scene as it is for Holy Carrot. They stand out for their innovation, creativity, and genuine care for customers, and are in a great position to launch their flagship here.”
Shelley Sandzer acted for the leaseholder of 156 Portobello Road.
