
Profitmind, the AI-powered profit engine for retail, has been crowned the winner of the 2025 Retail Technology Show (RTS) Innovation Awards, which champion progressive technologies powering retail transformation.
Each year, the awards, which are run by the flagship event that connects retail’s changemakers and tech innovators, selects solutions from across its exhibition floor that can unlock competitive advantage and digitally transform retailers’ capabilities.
Profitmind is a SaaS solution which uses machine learning (ML), generative AI and agentic AI to drive profitability. It was selected as the winner of the 2025 Innovation Awards due to its ability to leverage AI to track competitors, analyse internal data and surface fast-impact revenue and margin growth opportunities to increase productivity, transparency and profitability.
Described by RTS Innovation Award judge and OB&Co’s Oliver Banks as “a commercially minded AI [that lives] in your pocket, crunching through complex data to prioritise business opportunities,” the solution scored highly with the judges, comprising of RTS Advisory Board members and industry experts and analysts, for its margin-boosting capabilities.

Proftmind was presented with the winners’ trophy at the BIG Retail Party, where retail professionals kicked back and raised a glass with peers at the end of Day 1 in the RTS Carnival Wonderland (2ndApril). The electric, carnival atmosphere at RTS continued on 3rd April for Day 2 of the show, with retail leaders including Theo Paphitis and All Saints’ founder Stuart Trevor took to the stage, while 400+ tech suppliers showcase best-in-class innovation on the exhibition show floor.
