Charles Tyrwhitt welcomes its 8th opening in just one year as it takes residency on London’s iconic Regent Street. The new store is in a beautiful grade-listed building is impressive in both size and design and will open to the public today (19th April) at no.218 Regent Street.

Sat in a prime location on Regent Street just moments from Oxford Street tube station, the brand new 4,200 sq ft immersive shopping real estate has had a full renovation including the addition of an exquisite marble spiral staircase leading customers to the spacious downstairs floor, where customers will find a lavish VIP area for appointments and a never-ending wall of the famous shirts. In addition, Charles Tyrwhitt has paid homage to the building’s historical façade by installing bronzed elements within the store, creating an elevated customer experience.

The store will be open seven days a week and will create seamless and modernised shopping experiences when matched with the brand’s unparalleled knowledge of menswear, setting it up to be one of the busiest and most successful locations on Regent Street. Within the new location, shoppers will find 2 floors which will stock the brand’s iconic collections ranging from tailored suits to relaxed blazers, plush knitwear to comfy chinos and elevated polos to leather trainers.

In a landscape where many British businesses are pulling back on brick-and-mortar expansion, Charles Tyrwhitt’s new store is part of an impressive run of store openings and is set to open an additional 10 stores in the next 18 months, showing a significant growth trajectory.

Joe Irons (Chief Marketing Officer) comments: “We cannot wait to move into our new Regent Street store. The iconic shopping street not only boasts some of the best footfall in the UK but also is synonymous with great, premium retail brands. The Regent Street location really does lend itself well to a whole experience, where people want to enjoy beautiful stores, an unparalleled customer service experience and great products!”
