centre:mk, one of the top 10 retail and leisure destinations in the UK, has welcomed Pho, the Vietnamese street food group. The 4,133 sq ft restaurant seats approximately 100 guests in a unique and vibrant space, perfect for relaxed and informal dining.

Pho centre:mk offers a menu of freshly prepared, great value Vietnamese food, including the iconic national dish, phở noodle soup, as well as a range of aromatic curries and rice bowls such as its New Spicy Chicken Curry, Vegan Chicken Fried Rice and Tofu Rice Bowl. A selection of starters and sides are also available, including Summer Rolls, Beef Betel, and Lotus Stems.

Pho’s centre:mk restaurant has been fitted out in its signature contemporary style, combining dark wood with trademark red design accents, and featuring an open kitchen to allow diners to watch their meals be made from scratch.

Kevin Duffy, Centre Director at centre:mk, commented: “Pho has established itself as a firm favourite when it comes to affordable, high-quality Vietnamese cuisine, and we are so pleased to welcome the restaurant to our dynamic F&B line-up at centre:mk. It has been a strong year for the destination, with footfall and sales figures consistently outperforming UK and regional benchmarks, and we feel sure that Pho’s opening will only add to this success.”

Stephen Wall, Co-Founder at Pho, added: “We’re excited to have opened our Milton Keynes restaurant in centre:mk and can’t wait to showcase the delicious food of Vietnam to the centre’s visitors.”
